had my mustang a fortnight now and...

... i still love it. it's really versatile. been using it almost non-stop, even did a short gig with it. just guitar and amp, dam fine sounds.

one thing i have noticed, since upping the strings, the trem doesn't return to pitch. you have to pull the arm up slightly after you've used it. other than that, it's really stable.

Yeah, my JS used to do that. Guess you need to tighten the springs? If memory serves, there's a few positions to attach the springs to, with varying tension as a result.. but I'm sure some dude will school me in a sec about that..
