I don't have the tools. They were borrowed last time, thats why I no longer make/ mod guitars because the neighbout that let me use the tools moved out

A router and spokeshave maybe a tiny jigsaw is all I have..

The original body really needs repainting anyway, I'll probably leave the contours out and just do the paint

save your money and buy tools. it makes projects like these more cost and time effective.

I'll just be repainting it now, contours can wait. The body is really chipped anyway and If I do sell it, then I can always paint it sonic blue again

What would be worth more - badly chipped jagstang or a repainted mint condition one?

Someone offered me £200 for my jagstang, I wouldn't sell but he offered me £320 if I repainted it properly

Oh my god.

You don't have to be a nirvana fan to have this guitar. Plus it has already had EMGs installed so no nirvana fan would buy it. I don't want my guitar to be rotting in the hands of some nirvana fan whos either going to just play smells like teen spirit all the time or decide he don't like it and just keep it on the wall next to a kurt cobain poster

hahahaaha, ever since day one of hotrodperlmutter's posting he has set out to make jokes about every one who has something kurdtz.
I'm a nirvana fan, I would buy it from you, period. Doesn't matter, it would be cool to own a jagstang (especially the day I find one lefty). But I sure enough am not one of those types you described, my mustang gets played on everything, and isn't exactly babied, so don't group all nirvana fans into one category. just my two cents.

Oh man tell me about it, it's awful.
Dude, so what, I'm a mustang fan, I have 3 each in different colors, blue and tort, blue and white, and white and tort. I'm not about to hoard multiple of the same color scheme. According to you I have the kurdtz I guess. So what, sue me. We don't all have to like the same thing.

Haven't got a problem with that. Just don't like people who only listen to one band.

And I am into eerything. I'm just sick of people telling me what I can and can't use for what genre

I don't think I could live off just one band, although for a month once I listened to nothing but Hendrix. What a pschedelic week. But the other half of that post was aimed at hotrod, not you so sorry if I confused you.
