I haven't played one but I've seen a lot of demos. I hope you enjoy it.

I'll stick with this:

and this:

if that's OK.

p.s. didn't mean to de-rail your thread.

i played a bogner at a guitar center once. seemed alright. not the sound that i personally would look for in an amp though.

I know, some people don't like the squeaky sound.

I love it though, really rich harmonics

There's a fella I know who plays in a band that we sometimes play with and he's looking rid of his DSL. I have no idea what one it is, other than that I enjoyed the fuck out of it when I played with it one night. I can't buy it, because I don't have the money, a dual terror is probably a better idea, I don't play in a heavy rock band anymore (although I really want to) and if I buy another Marshall, I reckon it'll be the JVM.

shite.

Cheers. I'm really happy with them. The 6100 I have had since I was around 14 I believe. I saved up money from birthdays and Christmases and got it for £300 second hand from some metalhead near me who was going for a Rack Setup. I've owned it 14 years now.

The JCM800 I bought at the start of this year after forumite James found it in a local shop after a collector succumbed to the Credit Crunch. He and Benecol talked me into it. It's a great amp also. A one or two trick pony, but great ttricks.

I just had to re-read this a few times to make sure I had read it right.
You don't like Orange or Marshall because you don't like the crunch sound out of them?
I am rarely this stupefied, but christ, do you have an enormous wax build up in your ears or something?!
Fuck me, I'm actually laughing...sorry.

I want another really loud amp though. An older marshall would be pretty awesome.
