and i am missing a screw for the bridge saddle, so i can go without a string for a while, or i can shell out 15 bucks and get a cheap import set. or go to the hardware store and hope to jesus i can find a similar screw...
after an hour and a half of father and son bonding it's done!
99.7% anyways, as i still need a screw for the bridge saddle which is going to be hunted down tomorrow

Clever job with the golf tee. I've heard of people putting matchsticks in to fill the hole, but the golf tee makes perfect sense. It's all looking good.

I was planning on having the three way on the body be a master/lead switch where up is the neck in series with itself, down is bridge in series with itself (for solos) and the middle is both pickups according to whatever the scratchplate switches say. These would control the series/parrallel, phase-in/out, within each pickup, as well as between each pickup. They would also control which of the coils is on in each pickup, be it the rail or the P-90, or both. I think the last time I thought about this I realised I needed about seven switches on the plate.
Also, concentric pots, so that there are eight knobs: volume and tone for each coil.
Probably impossible to do, though it would be great.
