Can they work this way with minimal rewiring or am I posting with my pants down?
Got a guitar and a theremin and i want to be able to switch one to the other or activate both at same time and figured modded A/B/Y might do the trick. Looking at the MusikDing kit and would like to know what I would need to 'reverse' the signal.
thanks for any advice
in return CAT THEREMIN

Wow what does that ABabyyyyy mikebox do?! Thanks Doog that's just the ticket!Doog wrote:Yup, it'll work fine- all they do is connect the jacks; what you connect them to is your business. Mike built me a superduper ABY/AB or YZ box that I use for switching between my guitar and MicroKORG into my amp live.
<3 theremin cat!
Theremin cat is most happy:

It's got 2 inputs and 2 outputs; the first mode switches between input 1 and 2, and sends it to output 1, so I can switch 2 instruments into one amp. Mode 2 switches between guitar>amp (input 1 and output 1) and keyboard>PA (input 2 and output 2), muting the other. Dead handy, have only used it live once but it was great.Black Cat Bone wrote:
