PV 'Stumpy' Mc Stump from SOME BAND I'VE NEVER HEARD OF has stripey Gretsch:

Needs less stripeys, pickups, knobs. Otherwise quite a nice shape.

Surely that would mean it would be just a Corvette?

The spacing on those pickups is abysmal. Why are they so close?

I hate the Gretsch division of FMIC almost as much as Fender.

I just noticed the other day that the neck pickup on the Squier '51 is a good inch and a half off the end of the neck. I wised I hadn't realised this, as it will probably sound too trebly now.

I am refinishing a 1963 version of that with one pickup and no stripeys. Mine will be RED!

For fuck's sake. What about G-love? Who is he/are they? There's a fucking sweet G-love Corvette.
It really is a great shape. It's hard to imagine it looking bad, like.

Maybe it is built with a 24 fret conversion neck in mind. You know, where the fretboard goes over the pickguard.

Fall out boy is not emo, people who don't know what emo is need to stop fucking using that word.

That being said, yes fall out boy sucks, and yes that guitar looks dumb, It would be cool if the stripes weren't so oddly placed, and the placement of the knobs and switches didn't look so weird.

G-Love and Special Sauce? They're kind of a bluesy alternative band fronted by a white kid from philadelphia. On paper it sounds awful but in practice they're actually quite good. They've got a big following in my native Louisiana.
