Zvex is going to be pissed .
He goes ape shit when people rip off his pedals, even when you don't do the names or the aesthetics, like this guy. Yikes.

Also weird that you have to dime the output, the Mammoth circuit should have tons of volume if you select the correct transistors.
Also the pinch knob actually fucks the bias of the transistor stage(s) rather than sagging voltage.

Yeah I think it's the artwork that is crossing the line, you are infringing trademark and product likeness which is a whole different bag to a circuit, which is not patentable.

Looks cool. Is that a decal or was that acid engraved?

I don't agree and will never agree with people who copy the logo and graphics on clones. I remember years ago before all the Z Vex hate somebody was selling fake Fuzz Factories on the net and passing them off as the real deal.
That sucks.

That's my take. When you copy the art you're infringing on trademark and also attempting to pass it off as an original (or it could be down the line). Not cool.
If I build someone a Fuzz Factory with my aesthetics I'm not actually breaking any patent or trademark law. If you copy the graphic art, name, and logo, you are.
