I played one at the local shop, and it sounded like turdz unplugged.

bleh. did they decide "jazzacoustic" just sounded too stupid? glad they drew the line somewhere.

Stratacoustics, Telecoustics and this thing were all completely worthless looking, feeling and sounding. An abortion of an idea.

Yeah, they suck. I remember getting an Ibanez Talman acoustic for free from MF.com one time when I ordered a bunch of shit on some promotion. Same thing...Looked like shit and sounded like shit. It was so bad, it wasn't even good enough to use as a beach guitar. I gave it to a friend of mine to give to her 6 or 7 year old to learn on (the neck was fine...Just souded like shit).....

I wouldn't care how shite that thing might sound! I would get one, paint it in some cheap pink spray paint (the whole thing mind you) and play that till dawn when I would douse it in gasoline and burn that monstrosity
