really, it sound amazing. you get that nice lower gain plexi sound that the BOM got, only with better clarity, plus the 800 sound gives you a little more edge for lead work. i'm well fucking chuffed, thanks mike. rat is kicked off

with the goldtop, notes just ring out. it's kinda like a blues driver with more bollocks and no splatty decay. like a bluesbreaker, but better tone control. it's just perfect.

so far, i've been able to nail many sounds, just with the DLS and guitar controls. i can get cream/clapton, deep purple, zeppelin etc. it real stacks well with the ts-9 and kicks the drive channel of the tweed really nicely. i've got it in plexi mode, really nice bass tone, that cleans so well with your guitar pots. i really feel liberated the simplicity of just a couple of pedals, instead of panic pedal pushing.

Hey Mike, I hope you know that I just used the pot template for the switch? I figured they'd probably be the same size hole. Also, I was prtty chuffed to see that when I googled Behringer Vintage Delay I got your shortscale demo and when I googled Behringer dd400 I got Hurbs shortscale demo.

I fancy either a Salty flavoured compressor
OR
a dirt pedal based on 3 Saltboosters in a row.

What are my options, Mike?

I don' t have a compressor design I can build cost effectively for you, I would go for an MXR Dyna Comp if i was you.

3 Saltbooster thing is definitely doable mate. £65?

Aye, let's do it... I'll PM you at some point over the next few days to discuss tweaks and a final price etc.

It should be a belter

Dude.

I am a professional.

I know what size holes to drill for what parts. Everything fits just fine, I checked before I marked the case up. Printing your decal now. Will clearcoat tomorrow morning and apply tomorrow night.

PM away Empires, I have about 5 builds on the go however so my lead time at the moment is a max of 4-5 weeks

Paint just plain hates me, anything to spite me..

The other pedals look like class acts though, I am in safe hands.
