Okay so G&L has brought back the SC. Basically a Mustang body shape with a thicker upper horn, and a LP looking lower horn, (I suppose that dont really make it a mustang body shape then huh? Oh well) full scale, the G&L trem, and no 2 3-way swiching.

This was one of Leo's last designs, and you can see he pulled from the mustang

Here is the deal, as you can see from the pic it desperately needs a pickguard!!! Maybe a control plate? So all you fancy photoshopers' lets see what ya got!

but yea, it seems to be pulled from the musicmaster family of guitars. he probably could have straight copied the 50s musicmaster shape without anyone saying anything. I don't know why he had to make it all retarded looking. I mean he copied the strat.

Wow Paul... that looks great. I don't really see how we're going to beat that one.

I'm a fan too. Mustang meets Les Paul. It's rad.

My perfect guitar would be a mustang meets SG.

one thing i noticed is it looks a bit strange positioned vertically. i was trying to play off the headstock curves, which i think are pretty cool.

The 1 PUP model looks a lot like the Bronco project RobOG built a while back - the one that was based on a mustang body with LP Jr. P90.
