Just going through my gear, selling stuff, fixing stuff, and I came across my old recording mic - A Nady SPC 15. Went to go plug it in and it didn't work. I opened it up and found this:
I assume that I just have to solder the white and red wires to the solder that's on the back of the microphone element. I actually did try that, but I just got a lot of buzzing. Whoops? Help?
Did you try swapping wires on the pads? Also, make sure there's no short between the two pads--like if you added some solder you didn't bridge them together.
