I stripped a couple of screw holes around my jaguars pickguard, how can i fix this?

I use a little modelers hand drill, works great. Though you should be able to just screw it in, careful not to strip the screw though.cur wrote:I would to the toothpick and glue thing, but do not drill for a small pick guard screw. Just screw it right into the patched hole. Toothpicks are soft.

Push a matchstick in.
Wipe excess glue away.
Space for another match stick ? ... then push another in.
wipe away excess glue again... (if needed)
Leave to dry.
Screw the the strap button straight in... no need for drilling !!
