First practise with the bassin' Box-O-Mike. Glorious tones reverberatin' through Ford Lane Studios- I love having clean, crunch and full on distorted sounds from one box, and also clean>dirty>FUZZZDEATH too. Such fun.

It's been reversed. I have the parts to build it.
Not much more to tell really.

Except that I also did a layout for it today. I have a free evening tonight so I'll be building while watching the Liverpool game, hopefully I can knock this one up.

What's it based around, in luddite's terms? Another tubescreamer?

Nope. It's a RAT with a bunch of modifications.

It doesn't help that he has lied in the past and claimed it was completely discrete, and it turns out when degooped it has an op-amp in it.
Oh Dear. I'll reserve judgement until I have built it, but I'm interested for sure.

New batch is looking good.
I reckon i'd prefer the box of Mike with a gain boost rather than how is now.

St Jimmy pedal? It's a Wooly Mammoth, or at least it's based on one. Check back in this thread for the details.
