updates!
so i've given up on the Trem plan
and i got bored of the butterscotch finish on the front

the guitar had an accident involving my cab at the end of a gig back on aug 1st..
so i had to repair a couple body cracks.
and as i had it apart anyways..

i figured, fuck it, i'm never selling this thing. let's just do a re-fin on it.
pulled apart

first spray

finished headstock

just putting the final coat of white on the body now, before i move onto the clearcoat. (i may not do a clear coat.. as i'm not a fan of shiny guitars..)

opted against the clear coats. depending upon how long i want to rock this finish.

just watched it may get loud last night, it had jimmy page playing a tele with a JM trem and bigsby plate, looked quite good. iirc you can get the plate for about $20, a cij trem for 30-40, then you just have to track down a bridge.

the funny thing is i have a spare mustang bridge at the moment.. well or a spare tune-o-matic as i'm not sure what one i will eventually use on that jazzblaster body i bought from you.
