That appears to be a lower end version yeah, bolt on neck and all. Willing to bet it's at least squier quality though.

Have played - it's approximately Squier Affinity quality, maybe a touch better.

Really wish I came across one of their higher end models. All the First Acts I've seen SUUUCKED but then again, all the First Acts I've seen were inside Radio Shacks.

I imagine First Act is the most affordable custom shop around. If you're not a "Headstock hero" it probably works out great!
