i thought that was really good. how long does it take to do a film of that length these days? just wondering if computers make it any easier. the only animation i've ever done was the old-fashioned way, it took aaages and it was only at the very end i realised my efforts were in vain- it was complete toss.
Thanks! It took about 6 months, on top of a full time job. I've never done any 'traditional' (paper and pen) animation, but I'm fairly certain the whole process is a lot quicker on computers.
I used Flash, After Effects, Photoshop and Cinema 4D to make it. The audio wasn't edited at all, I animated to the music. Sadly, once it was exported it went a bit out of sync.

I noticed this a little with some of the transient parts towards the end. It's a shame because you still get the impression that it was originally in time. Overall the music works very well but there are a few places in particular that stand out. The opening loud chord is one of them, and the part after a battle sequence where the ground begins to crack. There are quite a few little battle bits that stood out too.Paul_Ray wrote:Sadly, once it was exported it went a bit out of sync.
