I've jumped ship, I just replied to the original email and asked them to cancel it, and they did without question - they clearly know they don't have any in stock.
And Rob, get yourself a Boy, I don't mind picking and flipping a Toy for a demo.

that square wave option sounds interesting in some demos. do we know what supposedly it is doing with the signal?
also, i really dont need another pedal and i have promised to not need another pedal because of saving now, but damn, if i sell something and buy the boy I wont break the promise, would I?

Yup.
When you modulate a delay, you're effectively using an LFO (low frequency oscillator) to move the delay time up and down from what you've set it at. It's similar to just doing this manually with the knob to make ghost noises. Normally this is a triangle wave or sine wave shape. The square wave shape will give you these very fast modulated chirps as it changes from low to high and back again rather than a smoother chorus/vibrato/flange-like sound.

DAMMIT, and i was just about to mention how the RV-7 has never left my board...
I actually like the accu spring, seems very natural even though the setting sounded wack
Pre-Delay sounds like a slap back
The reverse sounded better than my rv-7, i like how you can blend it aswell
that delay sounding effect was alright, its a neat feature to have
i'm not sold on it, keeping my rv-7
