not sure man, i looked high and low after you asked, but i searched google images for "fender jaguar body outline drawing" or some combination of those words. the guy had actually drawn a shit load of different views, and did a jazzmaster as well. he had them finished and it was pretty rad, don't ask why i didn't save or share... i'm kicking myself.
drawn? that's a 3d model.

not a bad one either, i tried to model a jaguar a while ago and i could never get the contours down.

that's very clever what you've done with the strings there. how'd you do that?

I too am mightily impressed by your Photoshop chops, and would like to know how you did it.

standard text using a handwritten font, rotated to match the strings. i clone stamped away the strings behind the text, then used layer effects (bevel + emboss, colour overlay + texture) to make it match the string a little better and give it the ridged texture

rasterised all the text and used the pen tool to connect the start and end of each word to the string. used copy visible to give myself a regular layer without any layer effects and then simply blended in the ends of the text with the ends of the string. clone stamped away any string left and there we go.

here's the big'un if you'd like to see it better, doesn't have the contrast adjustments the above has.

i'd have done the shadows too but that would have taken a while and it was already 3am.
