Gibson Marauder copy.
I'd like a Marauder, actually.

it's the guard that makes me feel a bit queasy. i was going to buy one a while a while back but it was £700, bit pricey.
one of my friends has the bass version (well, it's called something different, but same idea/construction/headstock).

Gibson Ripper Bass
I played a marauder which had 3 single coils and a rotary switch, was nothing special.

for all those talking about the headstock, thats like the whole reason it's cool! The colour, pickguard and headstock combine to make something shat-worthy. otherwise i would say "just get an LP those pups are ghey"
oh my GOD marauders get me off!

I'm betting the edwards plays better than the Gibson, they're ESP, and supposedly fucking awesome quality.

Also, it annoys the shit out of me when someone starts a thread with a link and a comment eg "That is so nice." and doesn't include a picture or any idea of what they are referring to, so that I have to click on a link to see what the fuck they are talking about.

Those are called s-1s, but calling it something besides a marauder was dumb, as that's exactly what it is besides the pickup changes and other nit-picking details.
I would totally go for a marauder though, I really like the whole approach to the "hey it's pretty much a tele custom, you know, except gibson."

Yeah, the Ripper in that picture is a prototype. The pickguard is different, along with the tele bass style pickups.
