A lot of Mustang vibe going on here, it certainly sounds nice dirty though!

Not sure if a full 25.5" scale was a good idea, i think it would gain a lot more attention in popularity in a niche market it is already in with a 24" scale.

i saw this today in my youtube subscriptions, I think this is a really interesting guitar, the pickups are p90's? but they sound more like tele pickups, really weird. I love the look of the black ones though.

A pickguard would be nice on it. To me it seems naked without it.

I agree, although I think that with the overall shape of the guitar looking a little curved, it might look a bit stupid with it.

The pickups are not exactly like p-90s.

The patented Magnetic Field DesignÂ® pickups use a ceramic bar magnet installed underneath each coil, with soft iron adjustable pole pieces to transfer the magnetic field to the surface of the pickup. By contrast, traditional Alnico type pickups, such as used in the Legacy and George Fullerton models, use nonadjustable Alnico pole pieces leaving the only adjustment being pickup height. The Magnetic Field Design has this adjustment, but further offers individual adjustment of each pole piece, letting the player effectively adjust the output of each string on each pickup. Magnetic Field Design yield about twice the output per wind, making the pickup quieter while allowing a greater overall output. The sound of Magnetic Field pickups is slightly warmer with a broader frequency response.

Rio Grande also offers ASAT sized pickup constructed like a more traditional Fender style pickup with rod magnets.

My drummer had an all-black w/maple fretboard one and I used to use it at practice now and then, not a very nice example though.

And definitely only stratty and not mustangy at all.

at that price why would you buy it? you're well into jazzmaster territory and can get alot more for your money.

I do like it though.

Even their less ugly Telecaster ones are ruined by those bigass rectangular pickups.

Muppets. Too pricey also, and dumbass headstocks.
