Funny I was actually thinking of asking you to build a Machine, even though I've already got one.
The modded one that few guys from FSB made with the internal trim on the outside sounds way more versatile than stock.
I really enjoy sticking it at the end of my chain and using it as a crazy ass filter. If you use it the way Zvex recommends, it pretty much always sounds the same through any distortion (and a bit crap on its own).

haha I suck. Paint doesn't have it!
Your pedal is first on my block tomorrow morning before I attempt to run 11 miles.

ocd and a crunchbox?
EDIT
i just noticed the "c.b. ocd" written on the tape.
the switch and op amp hinted the ocd and the led clipping section the crunch box
why the CB before the OCD? i would imagine the other way around

Yuppers. A guy I built a Saltbooster for a while back ordered it. It sounds fucking amazing, both on is just mental.
These Dual Drive Custom Pedals are proving quite popular, and I can see why, people are getting two boutique dirt boxes in one for £100 which is less than one of them would cost.

They stack better this way, the OCD has more headroom and is more "amplike" as a pedal. The DLS is even moreso.

I have a question for you Mike. What makes my box of cake's full gain channel sound completley fuzzy and bazzy with hotter pickups and tame and crunchy with single coils. does a higher volume in front of the pedal "push the circuit" harder and make it go fuzzy wuzzy?
its a mad fun pedal. its really great with the p-rails; putting a p-90 into it then blasting it with an 18k humbucker.
Cheers once again on that pedal. Seriously love it.

Yup, exactly that. Hitting it with a clean boost would do the same thing...

It's not as perfect as I would like it to have been, but seeing as Tim called me short in another thread, he can fuck off.

I don't make them as a general rule as they're very complicated, I just had a PCB sat around from a trade.
It's like £100 if you really want one, because they're a bastard to build.
