I think that style looks cool as a bass but shit as a guitar. I don't like that colour at all either, looks really dull. The soldering's been done by Michael J. Fox by the look of it as well. I like the knobs and I really like the neck though.

Is that not a similar model to Serge Pizzorno from Kasabian? His is in red im sure.
think it's the 481 after some research.
Awesome looking guitar.

Yes that is a 481 and the one I posted at the top is actually a 483(3 pickups) and the color is Azureglo(not Midnight Blue).

Says 480 on the headstock? Or is that just the series number?

Thats a good point. The 483's were 480's that had a 3rd pickup added at the factory by special order.Very few were made so they they just have the 480 TRC.

I would play the fuck out of one of those, even with (and this is a huge thing for me) the Kasabian associations. I fear they are tiny guitars with even tinier necks though - I played my first Rick for ages this summer (a 360, I think, in cheeseboard finish) and hated the neck with a passion.

I like these, there's one in maple-glo, or just stripped in Johnny Roadhouse in Manchester. I've not had a good look at it, though as it's high up on the wall above some stairs :E

Typical, Johnny Roadhouse always put the interesting stuff out of easy access.
Don't look at me I'm irrelevant!
