they are ex grafite mustang saddles that my aen jag came with, I put em on because the strings were catching on the og string bar and making them go out of tune with trem use.

I have the Hagstrom leaning against my bed and when I came in I chucked my coat on the guitar. The top of the coat is covering all of the sunburst so from where I'm sitting it looks like the whole guitar is black and it looks damn nice! I couldn't resist a quick, poorly taken picture and a bit of nerdery with one of the old ones. For a guy who hates sunburst so much it's ridiculous that out of the three guitars I own, all three are sunburst.
If this thing wasn't so old it'd be getting refinished and probably in black. I like it a lot but I'd trade it for a solid colour version in a heartbeat.

Have I ever mentioned my penchant for white SGs?

it's wrong, i'd say. and it's some sort of poly finish that'd be an absolute fucker to get off anyway. if you feel that strongly about the colour i'd suggest buying another one. i'm sure people would take that off your hands (forcibly, perhaps!) if you wanted a change.

Oh wait, you mean his outfit matches the sofa? Perhaps some sort of camoflague in case he ever goes for tea and cak at Mrs Hulio's house.

i had been looking at pics of him a bit before seeing that couch, and pondered for long about where i'd just seen it.
