Not a fan of the knobs but otherwise that's a VERY nice looking Jagmaster. What color was it originally?

thanks. the sunburst originally. I miss seeing the grain, but overall the white has more panache I think.

the amber knobs go really well with the tort I think. If only you could get some amber pickup covers to round out the look.

...and dare I say, maybe, possibly..... an amber switch tip? ((hide))

Just got my Squier tele custom back from a re-fret and set up, so here's my 3 all together.Amazing what a new set of strings and a setup can do - the tele plays super now.Well pleased.
Next on the list will be one of them travelling wilburys Gretsch guitars - always fancied one, so it's back to fleabay methinks.

Thanks. It's pretty sweet. I don't see myself getting any other guitars for awhile now, but I might make some changes to it.

P-rails maybe.

The PRS McCarty Standard is no longer made.

Most of your McCartys have the Mahogany body with Maple top. The McCarty Standard is just mahogany straight up.

The finish kinda looks like your standard black strat. It also came with black pickup rings which seemed to bland so I replace them with cream colored pickup rings to add some color.

It's my "Sunshine of your Love" guitar!
