i keep seeing them in my local guitar shop for 50-60 quid, are they any good? reviews on HC seem mixed.

i used one once for recording, it wasn't bad. i didn't use it extensively but it seemed to make the signal a little muddy.

Speaking strictly non-soundwise, the size and orientation (both power jack, input and output on the sides) would drive me nuts for what it is.

I'd personally say go for something smaller and more flexible.

*raises eyebrow*

Not much of a pedal I don't think Rob... That short timer looks only a smidge smaller than your old Reel Echo. I'd avoid both of the pedals you've mentioned so far and hold out for a DE7 if it was me.

An Ibanez DE7? I used to have one of those until a friend blew it up with the wrong power supply, it might be the best delay pedal in that price range I love those pedals.

i have a mate who has one that's going unused. only problem is the milliseconds switch has broken off, so it's stuck in one mode. don't know witch mode though. could it be repaired? if not, as long as i can get it to do 380 MS, i'm sorted.
