'54 Coral Firefly
Anybody know anything about these things? I found pics but they seemed to be later models, more like '67 or '68. It is for sale locally for $200. I thik this could be a good deal depending on condition. I'm not entirely convinced that they were even made in '54 so this dude may be totally full of shit. '54 Coral Firefly, hollow bodied guitar w/lipstick pups.

also, here. apparently they were made between 67 and 69.
don't know anything about their quality or anything though. you'd have to play it and find out.

Yeah, I don't even have the scratch to buy one at $200. I was attempting to get my boss(who doesn't play guitar but owns 4 or 5 guitars) to buy it so I could buy it off him later. He's pretty easy to talk into that sort of thing. I have an Art & Lutherie acoustic that he gave me in return for lessons. He has yet to come over to get schooled by me so it's free so far.
