Finally, some decent info about making pick guards. I was also hoping he would show how to fix the original, but this is good enough. I guess I am going to have to get a router.

i got a router and table combination from sears a while back. perfect for making pickguards.

I need to get a decent router/table and stop using my Dremel. I'm sure it is 100% easier.
