Worth 25 Doll-hairs?

RMI-140 2 channel, 2 input solid state amp with Tremelo and locking spring reverb. Don't know how old it is or how many amps.
Missing one knob and tolex is pretty beat, but it does work and sounds good. Made by Allen Organ Co., Pa. Cash and carry.
25 bucks, and i'm seriously considering picking it up.
Think it's worth it?

For $25 it's worth finding out if it's crap or not.

I'd pay 25 bucks just for those knobs and the reverb tank that's inside, honestly.

If it sounds good then it's definitely worth it, provided you have a cab.
