Have you seen the wiring in those D*A*M pedals? I'm in a state of shock. They're made at home by one guy and a girl, but the wiring... the coloured heat-shrink, the oven-baked enamel finishes, the cable ties! Jesus christ.

They look great don't think? Quality product but very very expensive.

Yeah the quality is incredible, actually kinda inspiring. They've been on the pedal game for quite a while though. You thought about looking into screen printing enclosures? With your single-colour graphics it could work really well.

Not really conducive to my way of working, which is that I build to order, as opposed to building stock of ready made models.

DAM are pure pedal porn.

I was thinking about this when reading an article linked on boingboing:

That's pretty impressive, but it's a waste of fucking money, no? Paying someone to do that?

I know, I'm happy with that. He originally asked for boss knobs but I thought i'd photograph it like this to see whether he changes his mind, I think it looks mint.

Ends - I think a fair few, off the top of my head, the Americas (Canada, US, Mexico, nothing in further South America yet), UK, Ireland, Europe (various), Hong Kong, NZ, Australia.

Nothing in Russia, Africa or India yet

Serious congrats man. you may not be making a million but you've got your handiwork all across the globe, which is amazing. That's plenty to be proud of.

Yeah it's a nice feeling. I'm far from big time but it's nice to know a few boxes I made are out there around the world making a racket.

I was bucking against the new graphics at first (in my head at least) but you can't argue with the quality. Pedal+decal+choice paint+well matched knobs= a right big sucess. Sometimes it's good to be proven wrong. On my next purchase I'll probably even give up on my plain paintjob rule.

quick timmy clone question.

you know how the eq section reduces the gain of the pedal. if you took the eq section out of the circuit, would the gain increase like it does if the EQ is turned down?
