Electro Harmonix Graphic Fuzz

You might remember me posting about my non-functioning graphic fuzz unit a while ago, well today I tried it with a new power supply unit and still no sound when it's engaged. I've looked inside it, there are no glaringly obvious problems but it doesn't look like it would be easy to fix. Does anybody have a clue what I can do with it? I'm feeling a bit dejected about the fact that none of my stuff seems to work in the way that it's supposed to :(
