A Green Ringer (GRO) clone and a booster to drive it (the SBB, Alembic Stratoblaster clone). Together they give me a more versatile version of what I was using the French Toast for (I took objection to the term "french toast" referring to an octave fuzz as it violates the sanctity of breakfast).
GGG kits are EASY. The circuit boards are so cute you almost don't feel like populating them. I didn't make a single mistake on the GRO (which took about 50 mins) and only fudged one transistor in the booster (put it in backwards, pedal operated in reverse; 0-10 was unity-silence... spotted the backwards component and luckily that sorted it). I know it's all by-the-numbers and my build quality is a bit schloppy, but I've never made a pedal before and had loads of help on my marshall amp clone build so this was a lot of fun, and the pedals sound good.
GRO- clone of Dan Armstrong Green Ringer plug-in effect/reissue stombox, like a fuzz-less octavia (Hendrixy octave up like Purple Haze).
SBB- makes your shit louder
learned from my layout mistakes and did a neater job of the booster (which I haven't photographed yet so I guess THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD SAY HUH)
Not finishing 'em cause I like the Doc Brown look, but I did get bored and decorate them very functionally with my label maker earlier which will need to be sorted (woke up and both pedals became an ugly chick I brought home from the bar). The only other pedal I want to make is a Vox in a Box (treadle-less wah with knob for presetting honky midrange boosts). I'll be doing more actual building on that one, researching the circuit properly, etc...
