Smart people Factory
Anyone ever tried a product of theirs ??
I'm quite interested in the Green Line overdrive. A band I really admire uses one.

Starflyer 59?
At least I bought mine because I heard he was using SPF pedals.
Green Line (or the whole SPF line) was good when it came out but there are more interesting pedals out there now, IMO.
It looks great on pedalboard though

Is the band you mention 'Stapleton' by any chance? I've heard through the grapevine they swear by it
Done a little research and opinions are that it's a 'tubescreamer-styled overdrive'.
I'd like to find out exactly what it is and perhaps build one...

yeah, a MBM version would be cool. I've seen one online for sale (uk) for £99 which isn't too bad.
The SPF Green Line has come up as a topic of discussion at band practice a couple of times.
Stapleton are a cracking band. I've still to see them live but I'm absolutely dying to.
If you haven't already, check out Avast! - http://www.myspace.com/avastuk
It's Andrew and Nico from Stapleton's 'side project'. It's a bit more up-tempo than Stapleton's later efforts and I love it.

Ah cool... yeah I have a friend who is also mates with the band.
Probably my favourite band going... I never tire of their music !!
I'm also familiar with the side projects... they're also good but somehow doesn't quite cut it for me. Not sure why. Still very listenable.
I would say Stapleton are much more of a studio band really, despite only seeing them once a long time ago. I do hope they keep making music. Their newish site has gone down / very little activity on the myspace etc etc.

A few days late on this thread (sorry)....but I have an ego booster and it's worked well since I bought it in '05 or '06.
My old bandmate had a greenline....it was a solid "modded TS" style pedal but I can think of others I like a lot more. The "vintage" mode was nice, the "modern" mode was pretty harsh and well, modern (I guess it succeeded) sounding....not too good in my opinion.
