11 ibs ain't too bad. My first electric was a 10ib Telecaster, it was my first electric, so I didn't notice at all. It was heavy after a full gig, but I didn't find it too bad.

bah can't do it. And I'm pretty peeved about it, but with the mustang I just bought and an impeding GFS telemaster purchase, I just can't justify dropping over $100 on something thats not going to be a regular player.

From live videos I've seen (including the Glastonbury coverage) they seem like an amazing live act. The recorded stuff doesn't have the same energy, unfortunately.

They're definitely more of a rock/rap act live, the hip-hop influence is still there, but it's more incendiary than funky.
