Jag Bass $599?

Post by tomin8r »

Musician's Friend has got the Jaguar bass on for 599 now, apparently it looks like its a limited time offer. Seems like an ok deal, just giving people a heads up :)

I've seen that. They say it's on clearance, and 'limited to stock on hand" which makes me wonder if the Jag bass is gonna be discontinued? It was suck, were that the case, since I can't afford one even at this price.

I think they tried to make the jag bass too much. I would have preferred it to be just passive and sound really good as a passive bass. Instead they made it passive and active and it sounded mediocre at each.

Yes, it was discontinued. They're selling through the remaining stock.

Yeah, it's definitely an over the top design as a bass. I'd take a Jazz bass over one any day
