Hmm.. I would have to have some time (I have none at the moment) to prototype something and get it working as you have to be careful not to introduce a feedback loop when you do something like that. I probably wouldn't be able to look into it until 2010.

What would you want it for?

i want to be able to blend my base sound with a leslie simulator. the leslie sims normally suck for low end, so mixing the un-effected and effected would give something thicker sounding.
the saltbooster side would just be a global volume boost for the whole pedalboard, building it into one box would save on pedalboard real estate and look cool.
i'm in no rush for it, so sometime in the new year would be fine with me.

Hoth, that's what he asked for. There are no other scenes so far, you would have to get benecol to make one and he's a busy man, plus I've already got the drilling guide for Hoth ready to go.

Got my madebymike footswitch today ... also a new board layout for me & other mods.

The baby blue pedal switches between clean / crunch / overdrive all at the click of one button. Also reverb !! So basically... left switch clean Amp / dirt amp and then on & off for the OCD on the right.

I always found layering dirt made things muddy despite trying to many times to marry numerous different dirts together. If ever I wished to revert back to clean promptly from here it proved very difficult.

Mike worked pretty hard liaising with me in order for this to work, and the results are perfect in terms of functionality and aesthetics.

Big thanks to Mike for this... I really never thought this was going to be at all possible... EVER.

The CS-3 made way for the new footswitch... I like having everything powered up without having to resort to battery power. I have now moved the delay after the dirt.. for a much more subtle dirt / delay combo.

Sorry for the lame pics: Its dark and I've only got a side light in my room, and I used my phone cam.

I had to file some slots into the side of the board on both sides to allow my leads to push in & out, I wanted everything to be on on level. In doing so the internal material all fell apart leaving some very undesirable and messy looking wood. I decided to paint it up white. Should be much much easier to clean now compared to before !! Everything is attached using chain links.

lastly, PINK LEDS !!!

So is the switch turning on/off the reverb for you amp instead of another switch? (besides switching between the 2 dirt pedals)

The central switch is the one that switches the amp reverb on & off .

left switch : clean & crunch amp
right switch : OCD on and off

On occasions whilst on the OCD I may need to alternate the first switch if say I don't wish to return to crunch, but to clean or vice versa. i.e. during a section of a song whilst rockin' the ocd. Sorry, so bad at explaining something so simple.

That makes sense. It looked really cool, but I just wasn't clear on the functions. Very nice. Kinda reminds me of a Voodoo Labs pedal switcher.

Is there a reason why you put the tuner at the end of the chain? All the way left?

Curious as I've always had it as the first pedal right after my guitar.

No reason... it used to sit above on the 2nd row... but still right at the end of the chain. It's just the way it has been so I've left it that way. Is there any benefits to having it first ??

Nah the pitchblack is true bypass. Its the DT-10 with the buffer.

Tuner at start of chain = can cut off guitar and leave delay trails going.
Tuner at end of chain = can cut off all sound including delay trails...

I keep mine before delay and reverb, it makes no sense to try and tune a delayed guitar sound.

Cheers, I think it came out nice. Very cramped though!

Haze/Chicago Mike -

- The boards for your pedals are tested and sound great
- Your cases have been drilled, primed, painted, decal'd and clearcoated. I laid the clearcoat today. I should be able to build them tomorrow or Wednesday (band rehearsal on Tuesday) depending on how long it takes them to cure in the colder/wetter weather.

- I have a drill guide from Benecol for your pedal and a case so this will be drilled on Tuesday
