ohh yeah.

i forget that 0% is white in cmyk not black. brain fart.

in that case i'll think about different colour choices. i don't wanna make you go through some convoluted paint process just get to a black pedal with green text.

Just make Mike mask off the top of the pedal when he paints the edges. It'll be funny, trust me.

CoolCool, just let me know.

I build a Purple one and a White one recently. The Purple one was for Huw of undetermined address, the white one was for Wouter from Holland. I accidently mailed the Purple one to Wouter. Huw still hasn't returned my emails since I said it was done. So now Wouter has two on the way to him. The Purple one will be coming back to me when he gets it and in the meantime I'm going to try and build him another and get it out to him. However he seems to have disappeared. So I may well have one or two on my hands before long.

i think i'd prefer a white one with albino eye as per usual, and was maybe going to do my own decal for it, so don't mind waiting a while. d'you have a drilling guide image you could send me so i can take the measurements from it? (no rush, obviously)

Sondz Kool.

Benecol can sort that shit out, when I send people images they're all the wrong size because my internet has to go through some thin wires or something.

Mike, I emailed you a while back about about a Saltbreaker-Saltbooster combo pedal (2-in-1) that also had a direction switch to switch the order of the effects. I was playing around with decals and wondering if a layout like this would be possible. I need to brighten the graphic a bit. Where do you think the output jacks would go? Would the exterior of the pedal be white? I am hoping for some Xmas money so I can order it after the new year. I am possibly interested in a Fuzzface as well.

First thoughts are that the toggle switch there will get in the way of the circuit board for the breaker. Can it be moved up between volume and boost? Jacks can only really be on the sides unless you drop the breaker controls into a triangle. It does look a bit dark also.

Moving the toggle up is fine. I was just trying to find a place to not cover up the heads of people in the graphic. I knew that some items would have to move because of the wiring inside. The jack placement is not critical, so on the sides is just fine. When it comes time to get started, I can work with Benecol on making the graphic brighter. I know graphics tend to print much dark than they appear on the computer screen. Is it better to send him the raw graphics or send him a Photoshop mockup? Will you have to place the pots on the Breaker side closer together to fit the power adapter in? I spread the knobs out since there was room.

Last question (for now), I remember you mentioning that the Fuzzface needs an isolated power adapter. Would that be the same as an isolated output on a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2?

I just got the new Switchfoot album and they used a lot of fuzz on the album. It has awakened my appetite for a fuzz pedal! I have a Big Muff Pi, but it's way more than I want.

I'm actually thinking about a second one, being as the one I have is built into the A/B switcher for my sovtek... I'd like to have one for my other amps as well.

Amazing little pedal, that.

I thought you already had a salt booster? What's that little MBM on your board then?
