It finally arrived, I'm very pleased with it. The neck is very nice, really thin and well finished with low action and the guitar has lots of sustain, which surprised me as my first acoustic (a plastic bowl back Applause Ovation) I had cost more and had next to no sustain. This is a very fine guitar...

I have one slight niggle though, the sound hole adornment is like...a sticker. From the pics I thought it was some exotic inlay or some such, not a big problem but I can't see it lasting long if a plectrum was to ever hit it.

yeah, the sticker surrounding the sound hole is pretty bad, but they're only on a&l's most expensive models. i have a discontinued art and lutherie and it sounds and plays great and doesn't have the sticker ornament-thing but a laser etched one? at least that's what it looks like. i got mine for $150 with a hard case. might post pics if people want them.
