This was an anniversary gift from my girlfriends grandmother to her husband on their 3 year wedding anniversary. I think she said she paid $50 for it if i recall correctly.
Anyways, it just sits here in their Den and i pick it up once and a while and admire it.

Its sat in sunlight for some time so there is a lot of checking in the finish but it makes the whole guitar feel so right.
I actually haven't plugged it in yet. I'm sure it's quite jangly though. I'm on great terms with him but it feels out if place for me to ask to take home my girlfriends grandfathers guitar.
If I ever get the chance I will be sure to make a clip.
The cutaways are nice too but I've always always always prefered the look, feel and sound of a dreadnought guitar
dude you be REALLY good to that grandma, and make sure she catches you fiddling around with the guitar. so one day she'll say "he's a good kid, he should keep it..."
i want to say i saw one of these just last week at my local GC, im not sure though as i only got a quick glance, but i know it was a gibson of the same shape and thickness with one pup. i think it was priced somewhere around 1500. looked like it was a newer (like maybe 70s) model, but old none the less.
