Even with a coily cable and Phaser you rock the noise.
heh. thanks mike. I was tired and it was shortly after receiving it from the post that I made that vid. I've put about 8 tube draining hours into it thus far and have got it figured out.
Go ahead and use it if you like, but I could totally do a better one if you wanted, because I now know all the crazy stuff that can be done with it.

man this thing has so many different settings! I found a nice semi slow one that kinda fades in and out so that if you strum percussively you get this crazy cascading swell !

You kick ass Mike.

Well fingers crossed that didn't fuck it up. Let me know how it goes when you get another adaptor. Worth checking it works with the Saltbooster Plus also first to gain confidence in the power supply.

Nice. We also need to get filtercap's amazing FuzzFace song on youtube and linked from the site...

I'll make a slideshow of FuzzFace pictures to accompany it I guess?

Gotta say,

Only just found this thread. Well excited about the completion of the miekBlaster3000();. I even made pedalboard space for it today. And bought macaroni and sparkle glitter and PVA to decorate it.

Gonna be siccckkk.

Son of a Bitch, Mike! This pedal is nothing short of damn brilliance. Fuck me, that's a pedal man...whew. I just played for an hour on one honkey tonking southern rock jam and I didn't even move the fuck dials to match up the levels of my Princeton. It just was "there", if that makes sense at all.

335 + BATTLE OF HOTH + Princeton = Rock'n'Roll. I'm giddy buddy, this thing is a righteous box. Many thanks to you for putting your time and effort into building it for me.

I'm a believer Prog. I truly am after one hour. I smoked the shit out of my old vintage rat right next to it, just smoked it out right and that pedal has been my pride and joy for years.

*edit: Mike, what's the flip switch do and the left swoot switch? The toggle makes it brighter I see and the foot is like a boost, right?

Dear Mike,
These Haribo treats are the perfect way to collect myself after just witnessing how awesome the pedal sounds. Honestly, 6.6g of protien in such a tasty treat is fantastic! The OCD sounds perfect, I can really emulate my amps natural breakup at bedroom levels and can push the valves into creamy goodness. The LP is very warm and smooth while the HP is very biting yet pleasant. The DLS is exactly what I expected, a Marshall in a box. From what I can gather the left position is a more open, high gain sound of a JCM while the right is more Plexi-like. Or maybe I don't know my Marshalls but the right position produces an amazing low-gain sound. The two pedals have massive amounts of headroom and don't suffer from the "splatty-ness" that the hotcake circuit has. Which is a good thing because they can both handle the hot signal of a P-Rail. The two stack very well together and complement my Sun Face fuzz very nicely.

Best Regards,
Matt

So glad you like it mate.

The toggle is the V2 switch, if you have the gain 12 o clock or below you can flick it on to fatten up the mids and give more aggression. Just a different flavour.

The footswitch on the left toggles the modes from Rock (red on yours) to Rawk (green on yours)

Good Times! I'm really glad you're loving it. That combination, the original Midfield General, is what I have on my amp at home to practise with. I love it. The combination for singing leads is also great fun and yuo can get the Weezer crunch if you set them both lowish and cascade them. You have the settings down pat, the Rawk is the more gainy JCM focused soudn whereas the Plexi is the more open Rock sound.

knew you'd love it. fender amp+DLS= the perfect combination. i use it with all the dials at 12" o clock and in V2 mode, perfect balance and i can go from crunch to lead at the stomp of a switch.

it's really amazing that one pedal does what i used to stack two or three to achieve and make that sound 100 times better. i had a Rat II that i used until i got this, the rat made a good paperweight till empires brought it. :D

I do love it, loved it instantly. I was getting some "epic" stacked tones with the fuzz face in front of the DLS.

Truly a stack in a box. I was running most everything at noon through the second channel of the Princeton on "3"...added a bit of verb and trem and I'd swear you were listening to something right out of Muscle Shoals with the 335. It was great.

I'll be giving it a go with the Tele tonight.
