Which neck looks best? Make suggestions if you think they both look shit!

Maybe top neck with bottom pickguard or vice-versa...?

BTW, the body has cream binding.

nah, the ashtray is the cover that goes on top. it makes more sense to me with the strat "ashtray" bridge cover. because it literally looks almost exactly like the ashtray from the dash of an old 50s or 60s car.

That is really my fave tele.. Wanted to buy the japaneese one (62'reissue), but the rosewood neck firghtened me.
How did You get the body with the binding Burbz ? And I like the inlays on an jaguar,but not really on an tele.

aha. i thought the vintage style plate was called an ashtray. learn somethin new erry day.

also, my dad's 70 nova had an ashtray like you're describing.

yea, I'm not sure if "50s or 60s" is that accurate. but you know what I'm talking about right, the little chrome ashtray that flips out.

fuck yeah. even some rear seats had the side mounted ones on the arm rest (god rest their souls), that i was autoknown for burning myself upon.
