I "acquired" some 1 3/8" sprinkler pipe (black "H" shaped) from work.... cost... free.
I also "acquired" a small DeWalt trim router... cost... free.
Total Cost for this bad ass mothafuckin machine.... $290.... Under $300
2 Rails mounted front to back w/ 4 clamps to the table. 1 Rail mounted left to right, on a clamp/ball bearing at each end. On the left to right rail, is a bearing that allows a "H" black shaped pipe to swing like a see-saw (arc) up/down. On the H bracket is a router on one end and a tracer on the other.
So what the f*ck does this do? It copies what ever guitar body/neck/pickguard whateverdafuck you put on the left side of the f*ckin table...... slap a wood blank on the right side.
sorry dude, can't find the f*cking diggy cam so webz camz will do... enjoy... not quite done, ignore the masking tape holding the router

When I get some more money, I'm building a overhead XY Router. It'll be mounted behind the xyz router, to save some money & space.
