What's the most expensive guitar you've ever played?
Mine:
Bourgeois custom slope-shoulder dreadnought - $6300. In its defense, it was perhaps the most well-made thing I've ever seen.
1966 Gretsch Nashville Skyline (black) - $6000. It was a rare limited run of 6. Sounded fantastic.
Yours?

A friend of my brothers commissioned a 12 string Telecaster from Fenders Custom shop. Allegedly it was the first ever use of the elongated 12 string headstock later used on the John 5 signature. I dunno though. It was all a bit shit, to be honest. It felt nice but the pickups were weeeeeaaak, and the strings were much too close together. Bit bland. It was seafoam green with body binding and neck binding. I don't know how much it cost, but it was more than our old house, so yeah. Shame it was shit.

I played my neighbor's pre-WWII Martin. I think he said it was worth $32k.
