Schecter Jaguar-copies... Well, kind of.

I like them, but I'm not sure about that blank plate. Everyone likes chrome on their guitar, but you have to justify it with silly switches that you'll never use or a big daft tremolo. This is cheating. Why didn't they go the whole hog and screw a circlish chrome plate behind the bridge?
I'd love the seven string. I'd love it more if it had some sort of trem, but I suppose that would be kind of expensive to make.

I agree about the blank plate. Probably the reason that it has a lot of promise as far as modification goes. Personally, I'd like it a bit more if it was a one piece guard that covers that area (with the exception of the lower control plate).BacchusPaul wrote:I like them, but I'm not sure about that blank plate. I don't know how hard it would be to add the vibrato. It might not be such a hassle to remill the actual plate or make other modifications.

No, he sold his Mastery Bridge and openly said he hates gold pickguards.stewart wrote:how come you got banned at osg? did you say you thought nels cline was a dick, or something?
Yeah, welcome to SS you fucking exile
I'd rock all them Schecters, the 7 string opens up many opportunities. I would have preferred the off-square 3-a-side headstock on these though.

Yep, seriously. Apparently saying that you don't like Jazzmasters is the definition of trolling. I'm really not that crazy about them, though. Just weird little things like the guard, the position of the volume control and the 25.5" scale length. (Though I broke my very own rule when I bought a 25.5" scale Schecter.) That and I posted an animated toilet.
Posting this led them so say:
Dude, the 3+3 headstock on these would look awesome! I'd definitely prefer it over the existing one.
Thanks for the warm welcome and for the record, gold guards suck.
