woa, that looks like it was once a great peice of wood.
too bad its screwed out of having a nice life.....
i hate figured wood on guitars, but i do believe that a solid piece, or a nicely figured peice should be used properly, just like the ash duo body i made for mike ages ago.
i thought to myself, "this is a perfect single piece stang styled body, it must be used as so"

This is exactly my thought. It would look better as a lefty given the direction the turtle is facing.

yes could"ve perfectly put the controls on its right foot and the switch on its crotch, it's like it's made by someone who doesn't even play guitar and just wanted to make one that is a koopa but totally awkward to play. bit if a waste, it could've been fucking cool as a lefty guitar.

If it were lefty I'd rock it. And bounce on the heads of everyone in the audience while screaming in fake Italian.

**happy** I want one!

Nah, just kidding. Funny though, and the koopa looks pretty good.

it looks like it would be so unbalanced when playing standing up. maybe they routed so much to decrease the weight? anyway, they shoulda flipped the koopa.

Mayeb the koopa is supposed to be going up a hill, or lying on it's back while walking...

I think Koopa is supposed to be on his back, or the guitar is made for someone who plays left-handed, strung right-handed.

Also, I don't know if anyone noticed, but there was a link to what the back looks like now:
