Why're you so bitter? Most of us work our asses for some dough to get gear. It's not like pedals fall down from the heavens. Besides, most of these pedals are not that expensive anyway.Peter Bond wrote:Why is it that pretty much everyone owns gear that is worth more than my gear, car, computer and clothes put together?

I was only joking, I was hoping Jon (Bobarsecake) would see it first.greenweenie wrote:Why're you so bitter? Most of us work our asses for some dough to get gear. No pics as yet but I'm currently running a fender deville 2x12 with a fender tele and thats about it. I have a little trace elliot that i would like to run in conjunction with the deville and I'd like some kind of delay but i havent decided which yet.Progrockabuse wrote:not seen your gear yet. what you running?Peter Bond wrote:Why is it that pretty much everyone owns gear that is worth more than my gear, car, computer and clothes put together?

The WTF "What if" setup.
I was only half serious, but decided to try this out for fun to blurb and warble a farty mess a few day back (Pre-DC cable hookup shot here). Notice how the venereal venerable DWARFCRAFT PLANE TICKET BOOST thrusts everything out back really hard, when needed. Doubled effects (comp/chorus/delay) only for extreme toggling, not stacking. I hadn't had this much fun in a while, dancing on the boxes with my blue suede shoes.
Wah - POG - fuzzes - comps - boost - ODs - dist - choruses - A/B box(to tuner) - phase - tremolo - delays - AEN POWER - volume

I don't use it for it's designated purpose. I bought it when I was 13, soon realised it was dreadful and then never used it until a few months ago. However, I discovered that it's really good for generating feedback, so I mainly use it with the DD3 to make bloopy sounds.less_cunning wrote:i like the Dano BL. really do. but sadly, it has 2 go...

what's the DR q like? keep thinking of a envelope filter instead of a wah pedal, for the funky shit the band does.

It's really good for what I play, I mainly use it in front of the fuzz to give it a more nasally lead sound. I do like to get some funky sounds as well though and I've found it's good for that up to about 12 o' clock on the range, past there it gets a bit too swooshy (I know it's meant to get more swooshy, but it's kind of swooshy in a harsh way) and I really prefer the sound with the bass boost on. For £40 (I think that's how much I paid for it) it was definitely worth it!Progrockabuse wrote:what's the DR q like? keep thinking of a envelope filter instead of a wah pedal, for the funky shit the band does.

sir franalot made an early morning drop off, even his manflu couldn't keep him from dropping this off
at last a marshall has entered proggie's gear crypt, hopefully it's gonna be the answer i'm looking for.
plus reclaimed my sd-1 from fran and borrowed his holy stain. looks quite good.
all i need now is a kettle lead and a foot switch.
