NPD-Shiva Madness
So I gots me a Dwarfcraft Shiva pedal for Christ Mass. It's replacing a Big Muff for my main dirty sound. Sounds awesome and nasty, very good coupled with my Boss OC-2 that I have instead of a bass player. I don't currently posess the requisite technology to do an demo. I've played it through both a fender twin RI and a blues deville 2x12 using my busted-ass epi wildkat. The twin gives a much more accurate representation of the pedals character, however the deville gets pushed a little too much and sounds like messy, stinky melted pile of rock and roll. I prefer the deville. It should be noted that I likely would not have bought the shiva had I not came across SS. So thank you for that. Good day and thank you Aen for making the pedal.

I like the gate now, I can do all the squiggly fucked up lead shit that I want. I still have the muff in there for the constant feedback squall if I want it. Keep in mind that I haven't really learned how to fully utilize the bitchenness (?) of the shiva so I need something familiar in there. Feedback being that which is familiar.

i wouldn't have bought any pedals, moved 500 miles, learned how to build guitars, and shun off hookers if it weren't for shortscale.
thanks shortscale!
i have a special edition shiva. i must say that i still haven't really figured out how to get the different tones that you guys get. i just kinda found 2 that i like alot and i switch between them.
that probly means its time for me to buy a 2nd shiva.....
thanks shortscale!

I only use it for two tones as well. I have a very classic deep fuzz sound dialed in and then with a foot tap I'm into wacky starved out glitch territory.robert(original) wrote:i wouldn't have bought any pedals, moved 500 miles, learned how to build guitars, and shun off hookers if it weren't for shortscale.

just saw on Facebook this post about the Shiva on Effects Bay. somewhat "interesting" that it references Electrical Audio.
