Jagmaster Repair Question

I don't really remember, sorry man. I scoured google for jazzmaster plans and ended up finding one for the whole guitar and just the body.
I did find this in my bookmarks: http://www.fenderjaguar.net/manual.htm
But that's mostly wiring diagrams and those c@@l pixx where they blow out all the parts of the guitars.
The shortscale wiki has a bunch of wiring diagrams already, which is super chill.
I'll have a look around to see if I can find any places that have some downloads, for all I know I could have downloaded it from "the enemy."
edit: as for the measuring the tremolo, I think you should be fine with that. I just read in the gross relic page with the iron cross guitar that those classic player jags have their trems way close to the bridge. Just make sure you've got your scale down. 25.5" from nut to bridge, 12.75 at the 12th fret.

I am "ass"uming that the distance between the bridges on both the Jag and the Jazz is the same, it's just the Jaguar bridge is moved forward to make the scale work.

Haze just posted in the thread I was talking about that the distance has something to do with the ringing behind the bridge, so maybe that'll be an outlining factor for you.
If anything, make sure you can get that high e string from the trem to your tuner cause it's a close call.
If by Bridges you mean TREMS then yes. Bridge for jag needs to be 24", jazzy 25.5", bridges are not the same on the guitars.
