they seem to be great guitars. They are hard to find in a shop to play. Fortunately there is a shop close to me that has them.
I have played several and they all played rather well. I also owned one of their amps and it was a great amp.

I can't like a Reverend. It's impossible. Every time I see one, all I can think of is this guy:

As for the guitars, I have played quite a few.
They all feel cold, hard, heavy, and sharp. Even the wood ones. I can't quite place it, but they just don't feel inviting to play.

Hahah @ the Reverend guy. There's a head shop around here that sells horrible Strat and Tele copies that you can smoke through like that. They play like shit and probably hit like shit too.

Agreed. Something about their necks are kind of uncomfortable. Their construction is great, but when it comes down to it I'm not such a fan.

Everyone I know who owns a Reverend is one of those guys who owns all kinds of oddball stuff, and takes pride in the fact that it's unusual. It's hard to get an honest opinion from someone like that.
I've seen a few Reverend dealers in Chicago, but never tried one myself.

That is the opposite of my experience. Ive played a bunch of them, and they were all great.

I've got a slighty modded Reverend Club King RT with a Bigsby. Hands down one of the best mid-priced guitars I've ever come across. Korean made, but you wouldn't know it. Flawless fit/finish and plays like a dream. I challenge you to find a better guitar for the price of one of these Reverends.
