Aside from that there is also five different note subdivisions to choose from, expression pedal control over your choice of Rate, Depth, Feedback, or Delay, and an effects loop. The same famous modulation from the Memory Boy is included as well with the Depth knob controlling the waveform as well as the effect depth. The added effects loop allows you to add your own modulation as well. The Electro Harmonix Deluxe Memory Boy sounds fantastic. The repeats are warm and fuzzy, just like an analog delay should sound. The modulation is pure EHX with everything from choppy bits to smooth Floydian chorusing. We love tap tempo and the tap function is spot on. Just three taps and your set with any song you need to play. Between the subdivisions and the expression pedal (not included) control, there is no delay tone the Electro Harmonix Deluxe Memory Boy can’t do.
