CIJ Jaguar pickguards.

Post by ekwatts »

What should I look out for? I'm looking to replace the tort monstrosity it came with with a nice, plain white pickguard. I've found a mint green one I like, but the site says nothing as far as whether or not it will fit a Jap Jag, or an AVRI or whatever. Is it just screwholes? If it is, then I'm not really arsed. If it isn't, how much bloody cutting will I have to do?

I'm not sure how different they are, but you can buy a white genuine Fender Japan one here...

and mint (non-fender) ones here, for MIJ

They are significantly different - I made that mistake. Make sure you get a Japanese one.
